Divorce Dazed is not a site which is promoting divorce, on the contrary, I feel that divorce should be viewed as the very last option in a marriage and only under the circumstances that are listed here should it be done:

• A Spouse and/or the children are in danger (physically or emotionally)
• Professional help has been sought and utilized
• Family support has been used in combination with the attempts to reconcile the marriage
• A significant amount of time has been spent contemplating all of the pro's AND con's of divorce and the effects that it will have on all who are involved

While I openly admit that some people should be divorced, I equally agree that most shouldn't have been married in the first place.

Divorce is a serious choice, and is life changing; it's something that will take years to recover from....

Once chosen, there is no going back.
